A hole-in-one

The American Red Cross of Hardin County is hosting their 5th annual Golf Scramble this Saturday, June 7 at Veterans Memorial Park Golf Course on State Route 309. Registration for the event begins at 7:30 a.m. and a shot gun start kicks off the event at 8:30 a.m.

“Prizes and fun are in store and it’s a great way to kick-off summer with friends or co-workers while supporting the mission of the American Red Cross,” said Audrey Hankins, county director of the American Red Cross of Hardin County.

People can register at the golf course or by contacting Hankins at the Red Cross office located at 1025 South Main Street in Kenton or calling 419-674-2295. Proceeds raised during the event support the programs and services of the American Red Cross of Hardin County.
